Separate the mailing address from the delivery approach
If work takes place away from the main property entrance, identify the approved approach and the person meeting the vehicle. Describe the ground and any gate before selecting a unit position. A postal address helps locate a property but does not establish a usable route through it.
Account for a moving work group
Explain whether people remain in one area or work in separated places. Ask how quantity, washing and servicing should reflect that pattern. Confirm changes with the rental contact rather than moving equipment yourself when the work shifts.
What if the work moves farther inside the property?
Tell the rental contact where the new work area will be and how people reach the existing facilities. Review whether the accepted position and service approach remain practical. Do not move equipment independently to follow the crew; a different position needs the provider’s agreement and suitable access for subsequent visits.
