Consider where crowds gather at the same time
A festival’s programme can produce concentrated restroom demand between activities. Describe entrances, food areas and expected attendance over the day rather than only an overall ticket total. Discuss whether several locations are needed so people do not all return to one distant facility area.
Keep the service plan workable during operation
Explain which routes remain available while visitors are present and who coordinates suppliers. Ask about the proposed cleaning and replenishment arrangement, including later sessions. The event organiser must separately confirm permissions and the full site plan; a toilet order does not approve crowd or access arrangements.
Review the periods when demand gathers in one place
A programme break or meal interval can concentrate use that would otherwise be spread across the event. Describe those periods, separated activity areas and staff hours to the rental contact. Compare locations, washing and support together; a total ticket number does not describe how the facilities will actually be used.
- Busiest programme intervals
- Separate activity locations
- Staff and vendor use outside public hours
