Review the route beyond the gate
If a cabin is proposed some distance inside the property, explain the full approach and any turns or ground changes. Give measurements when requested and let the rental business assess suitability. The unit footprint alone does not describe delivery or service clearance.
Keep the agreed area unchanged until review
Landscaping, storage or another delivery can affect the position after booking. Tell the business before access changes and ask how a revised location should be arranged. Include a contact who can provide entry during service and collection.
What details matter beyond the first gate?
Describe turns, changing surfaces, overhead obstacles and the distance to the proposed position when discussing the property. Supply measurements if the provider requests them. Ask for a review of the complete route, including later servicing, rather than treating entry through the gate as proof that the installation will work.
