Review access before a busy setup
Explain when other equipment arrives and which approach stays available. Have the organiser approve the toilet position before furniture or catering equipment occupies it. Discuss the service route separately from the route guests will walk.
Count the use that happens outside public hours
Setup staff and cleanup helpers may need facilities when guests are absent. Include those periods and any existing bathroom access. Ask about supplies and collection so the rental does not end on paper before the work at the venue is finished.
What happens to the service route during event pack-down?
Keep it part of the organiser’s closing plan. Stacked furniture, catering vehicles and temporary storage can block an approach that worked earlier. Identify who remains responsible after guests leave and discuss collection access with the rental provider before the site is closed or handed to another user.
