Describe the pattern, not just the season
Tell the rental business whether facilities are used every day, on selected weekends or during recurring events. Changes in activity can affect the number of units and the support required. Include closures and any periods when the property is locked or unattended.
Review before each change in use
Agree how to update the schedule and what happens during quieter periods. Do not assume unused equipment can simply be left without attention or that visits pause automatically. Keep the service approach available and ask how the final collection is arranged when the season ends.
Do not assume a quiet interval pauses the arrangement
Explain when the activity stops, whether the property closes and whether equipment is intended to remain there. Ask what checks, access and visits apply between sessions. Confirm a change to the rental with the provider instead of assuming that the event calendar automatically updates servicing, duration or collection.
- Quiet dates and property closures
- Responsibilities while equipment remains
- Accepted schedule changes
