Make the construction handoff specific
Explain which crew needs toilets, their hours and where work occurs. Include shared breaks or separated areas when asking about quantity. If the billing address differs from the site, keep the delivery instructions explicit.
Preserve access while the project changes
Storage and parked vehicles can block a position that initially looked convenient. Keep cleaning and collection routes in the site plan. Confirm revisions when the entrance, headcount or expected finish changes instead of carrying the original arrangement forward by assumption.

Which address belongs in the delivery instructions?
Identify the actual working property and approved supplier entrance, particularly when invoices go to a separate office. Include the person who can answer arrival questions and approve placement. Keep later changes attached to the rental arrangement so an old billing or access detail does not govern the next visit.
